Sessile Polypoidal Vascular Lesion

38-year-old male complain of intermittent difficulty in swallowing with other dyspeptic symptoms. UGI endoscopy done which showed sessile Polypoidal vascular lesion in upper part of esophagus. EMR of polyp done after applying of endoloop.
